Word on street is they are looking for money. Need to pay someone I imagine. Always wonder why when it goes so wrong with contractors. In my experience usually a reflection on the client in ability to manage the operation rather then the contractors fault. But the contractor is the easiest to blame. Does solve fact this is a marginal deposit with high cash costs and negative cash flows for a while irrespective of who does the work. I've held on and lost and moving out.
