The man with the tools had very old tools which regularly broke down. He never seemed to have men to fix the tools. He never made the development metres he was supposed to which lead to a lot of low grade stockpile going through the mill. I am not there and there probably were mistakes made by management. The biggest one was not getting rid of Pybar sooner. It concerns me that some here are trying to rewrite history and exonerate Pybar from any blame.
