No not trying exonerate pybar. It appears their performance was far from satisfactory and that issue will be sorted between the company and them or in the courts. I'm just saying the company (and they are not in isolation generally on this point) have a tendency to blame the contractor to cover a number of sins of their own. Contractors given they are service providers are less inclined to be negative publicly about a client as they rely on market perception and it's not a good look when you are taking a client to court. So now with new contractor, all should be good right ? But it's not .. is it ?
