I hope all posters on this or any other similar site have read the following

It is scary reading for anyone tempted to say anything defamatory or even too critical of directors.

I, for example, certainly would not say "we were lied to' - partly because I don;t think it is true and partly because it would leave me and my family wide open to being sured for large amounts.

I do hope we can continue to have strong discussion and disagreement and criticism of boards where necessary, but this is scary!
