i thought that gillard was ok in question time (as broadcast on tv) - not that i believed what she said - but she was pretty good at delivering her message - and a lot more effective than what rudd was
lol - but her mannerisms(ie with her hands) , were far more natural.
if one watches question time a few times - then one can accept why some countries use a different system.
i have no idea what the chinese system is - but it seems to be working . as i recall, most of the head honchos of china, are engineers etc . by way of contrast, we have career politicians - maybe they have a bachelor or arts or something.
just as a sideline - but history will show, that the chinese are less "expansionist" than the western countries. Genghis Kahn and his hordes , may have swept through parts of the world - but he was from mongolia
