OK. I've taken some time to digest the information in this study to the best of my layman ability.
It appears to validate that monepantel has strong anti-cancer effects in combination with other existing drugs.
This research has taken years to formulate and the acknowledgements show the inputs by all concerned and the support of government grants.
This research will now enable PAA to design the Human Cancer Phase 2 Trial and inform the markers required to attain clinical endpoints.
This all looks incredibly positive to me and we can have high hopes that the Phase 2 trial will be of clinical benefit to the trial patients.
The world is about to take notice....
