Opinions are like bums... everyone has one..

IMHO the Cat has been outflanked through this whole debacle.
Well we might come up with conspiracy theories of what, why when or how this unfortunate sequence of events has unfolded. In all likelihood many theories put up on HC are not wide of the mark.

However the question of 'where to now' is one that is on all of our minds.

We have been hammered by the Qld Govt, KCCG, DERM and now the ISP.
A long drawn out legal case is not very appealing.
Funds are tight.
Friends in Australia are few.
Our image has been tarnished and the mud will stick for a good while yet.

I think that we will have to cop the Kingaroy decision on the chin and move on.
Len Walker is a decent man with vast experience in UCG... that's pretty much why I invested in Cougar.


I don't know where we will go from here, but I'll stick it out in the hope of Cougar becoming a raging international success story.....

By that time a new '"Independent" Scientific Panel' from UQ will be applauding!
