I doubt there is an "imminent" CR ... TNR have indicated in the past that the extra money from the options was only going to speed up their exploration. In all their presentations they are looking at this as a slow-but-steady project that will self-fund through the recovered gold.

It *could* be that they decide to CR at some point to get the ball rolling faster, but in my opinion they wouldn't do that prior to proving the size of the resource, because that'll likely re-value the stock towards the 1.5c - 2c range at least. If you're going to do a CR you really want to do it at as high an SP as possible, and right now there's too much upward potential to waste stock dilution on an 0.8c SP.
