I tend to agree, I think the options over the last few weeks have suppressed the share price considerably due to perceived uncertainty and an unwillingness to jump in (prior to expiration) from larger investors.

Torian will need to raise capital and are obligated to have funding plans in place to protect all shareholders interests (especially the directors interests), I'd be betting there are a number of attractive offers already in place and the board will have some good choices.

The stock would be labeled a high risk, high return play and there are plenty of individuals and organisations that specialise in this field, they'll be looking at the potential of this current Madagascan project and the cheap buy in price. The project has the potential to be one of the top gold mines in the world and even if it is only in the top 80% of gold projects it will still mean a staggering re-valuation for Torian. All the people refusing to sell at .008 or .007 are starting to catch on to this. Given a high wealth individual could currently buy the entire company (in theory) for $20 million (less than some house and boat packages in Sydney!).

Current holders really need to consider what is the minimum this company is likely to be worth? If it's anything over $100 million then they should expect to see a five fold increase on thier investment.
