Agree with goodwill and other "assets" reassessed under a the admin situation.

Would still rather be in front of holders.

I don't know Great Southern - but I know from BEPPA that holders can get shafted on asset sales.

I personly would look at some sort of deal for PPX to remove PXUPAs. Can't speak for others, but would depend on the deal.

Makes good sense IMHO for PPX to look to remove (if I recall correctly)$265 mill of PXUPA for much less than face value. May comprise cash say $100 mill plus some PPX.

With PXUPA < $20 ...an ideal time for PPX to take such action. Question is do they have the $$ or the willing?
