More likely a comma rather than a full stop. The awarding of costs was applicable to the initial case, I believe there is still the opportunity that Sims can lodge an appeal as to the findings of the case.
He still has another matter before the Courts.
I wish there was something more exciting to discuss .... maybe the CTD submission is just around the corner.
