87 million is the transactional value of the transactions that BYOjet makes, in fact even that is not very clear from the announcement, in the fine print it says thats the consolidated group makes that. So not sure what is pure online sales ?. Revenue stated is 8.6 million so about a 10% margin. Question obviously is whether they are turning a profit ?. What is there cost base ? can this by streamlined ?. What are the synergies ?
You would expect low margin business like these to be very lean - relying more on technology then head count.
