Yes it seems absurd that ArtiMist is not being fast tracked. Everyone seems to know it works. I asked management that exact question a year ago. Same answer: we just have to follow all the rules and regulations and go they the process. Ebola is a severe disease no doubt, and a experimental vaccines are being trialled, with some success. It has been fast tracked for obvious reasons. Why not ArtiMist? Malaria consistently kills more children, and ArtiMist is certainly an answer for many kids.
I don't think an agreement is too far off, although it has been held up for now.
