kimmi,at the first hint that mel will start drilling the ferals will arrive in droves to disrupt and harrass all those trying to go about their lawfull enterprise..This causes stoppages and other costly problems for mel(which is the purpose) so it is in the co,s best interests to get a guarantee from the govt of police protection from these thugs before continuing with their work
