They are trying to off a basic.....BASIC.... voice call service for those that do not currently have the option of voice calls. And understand that SAS is offering IOT and M2M services to a market that is servery under supplied.
Understanding that Spectrum is limited and that satellite and terrestrial operators are currently fighting over spectrum. However S-band has traditionally been unloved by industry. With that understanding that SAS has found a way to take that unloved S-Band tech and utilize it for what they need.
