Your last two post have been exceptional and I thank you for that. I completely agree with what you have said.

Just a question if you don't mind (in your professional opinion) shortest time frame to a resolution from where we are at and what would be the longest time frame? From what I've read the Judge has the option to deal with the primary complaint (in this case get the stock trading on the exchange again) and secondary matters (i.e damages)can be dealt with separately at a later date? interested in your thoughts. cheers
