Teds counterpart the corporate transfer manager over here on the East coast decided not to use Company trucks but sub contractors to cart there mixed loads inland so they could hide there dodgy practice. One of the subcontractors rolled his full truck on the edge of town and the EPA discovered ASBESTOS onboard hidden with general rubbish. The tip operator was made to install a $3m liner but no fine was issued to my knowledge. Not aware of any other inland tip liners in the state. The dumping stopped when the national waste management company could not provide a state government requested guarantee that the rubbish was free of fruit fly. Is that you Ted ?
