Council town planners consider all the impacts on surrounding landowners before they grant any permit. There is an adequate time to challenge any decision in the courts. Please provide any current evidence of complaints from local residents. There is a 3 bin system over here which is going to 4 bins ( Glass ) trying to reduce the volume going to landfill. Something had to be done after China stopped taking our recyclables and the volume going to landfill exploded.

There's a massive short fall in compost to cover landfill over here. Incinerators are not the answer to global warning by incinerating green waste.
