Government contracts and having a landfill meet strict guidelines . Waste 1 2 and 3 category’s most landfills carry 1 and possibly 2 .
You make great points but I cannot see the thai investors throwing more at it just to take a gamble and hope for the best .
I don’t see that happening I assume getting the license by dwer and the delays due to Covid is what really matters here I’n finishing this project .
Contracts are easy once underway especially with a state of the arc landfill built to meet strict guidelines .
