youre right i think they need to get long expiring options listed and unlisted and directors need to buy parcels at these levels to exhibit that they themselves believe in the company to be cheap at these levels
apart from that it would mean lack of commitment from management
furthermore, the major shareholder who are also directors from memory one exec and other non-exec should have a say and increase involvement and optimise market ann
the sp does not reflect value, rather it reflects lack of company communication and in this market spells increased fear whether justified or not
anyhow i still hold the believe its cheap at these levels and recovery of the general market will see kal recover to its previous support @8-12 c where it should be
