Adter they confirmed in Dec that they would pay a dist, price up from 46 cents to 1.04
Then dist confirmed no negative announcements price down in matter of weeks/days by 80-90%
When you see a buyer dump large amounts to drop the price and then place buy orders at same time, you tell me if it does not look like manipulation?
