The only worry in a capital raising to our own self interests here is the dilution of our holdings by the issue of more shares to new or current shareholders/investors. Let us not forget we already have over 1.1 billion shares/options out there now. To attract major market/resource investors it would be more prudent to have PEN's SP out of the small cap speculator range where it is now and up over the 30 cent mark to give it more credibility in the general market. That may mean eventually a SP consolidation maybe 1 for 10 or 1 for 5.
I personally would not want to see this but depending on how this capital raising is presented, the issue of more shares is going to make it that much harder for some of us long termers to really cash in. I again hope that current shareholders will be given first crack at any new issue.
