Areva has been mentionend here before a number of times; as I understand it they could help supercharge the development of Lance. I guess the question is timing, i.e. on one hand you look at when do you have enough information on your mining prospects to sign up a cornerstone investor / development partner without diluting capital more then necessary, versus on the other hand delaying the project by taking an incremental approach and risking delay of time to value for shareholders.
I know what my preference would be, but PEN got experienced management and board, so this would have been top of mind for them for some time. We'll see today. EE.
