Problem is market now doesn't like this kind of stocks. ASB makes profits, is a stable company not going broke albeit with some contractual tides, pays dividends and isn't overly diluted.
For ASB to get some love it needs to dilute, lose more money and have a nice unicorn bedtime story, just seems that it's the kind of stocks the market loves these days over proven stable companies in this cycle.
