Contract can come as early as 2022 - but it does not guarantee that asb will win. But at least its something that asb can bid for.
If you read my past post - i have clearly stated that the workers need to voice their concerns to congress or their senators to push for contracts for asb.
Its politics and they only care about votes and looking good - potential losing 3000 plus jobs will make them think twice if asb loss future contract bids.
right now there is nothing major that asb can bid for - therefore sp will keep going down.
