With this pace rising every 10 cents everyday, I don't believe people will be taking profit as yet.
Reasons being with my humble opinion, the trading volume hasn't been build up enough hence its still waiting for more investors to notice this stock, the share price movement hasn't been large enough to cause the greed of investors to take profit and my guess is it usually need to move by approx 15% to bring people out to take profit.
At current buy and sell volume, any investor would be clear enough to see the demand building up with this stock
