with these type of penny dreadful share its much better relying upon your own research rather than people's research, that way you know whats going on...
so if you think that it might have some potential then sit down and read as much as you can about what they are doing and where they are heading.
i dont know that much about (zyl) other than its looking rather good on the charts for a possible trade.
i intend doing some research soon thou, because it looks like it might be on a winner.
