So JW can you give any bonds you feel are competitive in their returns compared to say 3.7% td at bankwest etc 12 months or up to 4.4% 2 years and no restrictions by banks for smsf.
capital locked in and well imo interest rates could go up ,or down over next 12 to 24 months but exclude that from your choice..
ps this is not financial advice as i own wes,wow,ctx,tls and one dog with a pulse bis.
I'm interested because when talking to bond brokers it seems to be low and some corporate bonds attached to companies with imo very high debt,so as i said the good bonds are sold to insto's etc for eg tls,banks and retail investrs don't get first bite so are forced to take a lower yield once on market.
