The economics have improved very considerably from the breakeven of US$35/bbl) / 3,500 bopd.
Recoverable oil is also much higher than 4.5 mmbo.
With a discount of only 25% over lsc they could expect US48/bbl for their oil now and at an anticipated 25,000bopd gives rather delectable cash-flow once oil starts flowing – work it out!
First drilling anticipated coming Dec / Jan with testing and production soon to follow.
