Pretty straight forward, directly related to EU Energy policy directive which was essentially very pro shale. This could have been a very awkward stumbling bloke for UK Shale, it now is not. Don't under estimate the behind the scenes lobbying by Cameron to get to this position. The penny is starting to drop and people are now aware that UK Shale is going to happen and if you want on board you need to get exposure via DTE, iGas or Cuadrilla.
Also sets a very accommodating scene for the Scottish Government Reporters to approve Airth in April. Things looking very positive.
And for the record not one single ounce of effort could be attributed to NHC. I just prey the don't screw things up for DTE holders.
