Except the buyers are careful to avoid running the price too high. Every day they have been buying for only a couple of hours and then sitting back to let the sell queue build and come back lower.
This morning they sat back early and let the sell queue fall back and then snapped up a million shares around 15c. Now they leave their buy orders for a million @ 15c sit but won't touch anything @15.5 waiting for sellers to drift lower.
It's a bit like the way New Hope bought up 32 million shares in September without causing the SP to run away. Not sure it's them again but it's someone with $$ and patience. Unfortunately they seem to have the market to themselves.
