I think we just have to sit in the dark and hope that SOL/NHC know what they are doing. They have gone alright in other business so maybe they will do ok here. But I think it will be more of a 'no comment about on water matters' until something is stitched up. Not necessarily a bad thing if and only if they get the job done.
