The bright side is it is already have a defined resource.Seems all it has to do is hang in there and keep itself solvent through some small CR til those fund gets approved(maybe before 2019).And it can start talk about building their mine.But the piece of railway will built by AKM seems cost a lot（1.2billion usd）.I wonder where it can find that kind money?
