My previous post stated what changed between roughly when they were awarded OPR and now.

As for two years ago and now, basically the same figures add on that the story started to unravel, rumors started to come out about the huge costs blowout made very much worse by some very aggressive journalist. MMX complete inability to answer these rumors and engage with other parties made all this worse. More rumors, Mitsu going to walk away etc. Day traders, shorters got their hands on the stock and small holders got fearful and pulled out as well, continuing spiral to where we are. Put it down to management not being able to react when things started to go wrong. Share price is about where it should be now if judged against GBG and a few others.
Saying all that, I still think OPR will get up with Mitsu and Chinese backers, and MMX will mine JHEP.
