Assuming we are all over bickering about who is to blame for what, can we move on to discussing where things go from here? Looking forward to some educational posts about what regulatory path lies ahead for TIS if the EMA reject their submission for CE Mark approval.
I stil think at this point some guidance or announcement from the company re time frame on expected decision would be nice. If and when it is a NO, the co. will then need to put out a clearly worded announcement to let investors know what their options are and what action they will be taking. Common Charles, you were doing pretty good early on, time for an update, people have a lot at stake here.
