Just an idea.. If IAM had say a Service Co that the MOU's could sign up with wouldn't that get us around the ASX Identity disclosure issue as then it would purely be an in house arrangement with a third party!!!! . The issue being as I see it is that the Service Co would not be bound by ASX disclosure requirements......
I'm sure the Co is looking into all legal possibilities as we speak, but sometimes from my own business experience the answers may be so simple and it's right under our nose....In the past sometimes legal's minds make things so hard and time consuming it's not funny !!!
