Some people in the industry have provided an insight, that's it. Quite simply, some statements management have made don't seem to stack up. Perhaps they have just been misinterpreted because I agree that this is a competent management team knowing them from the industry.

Firstly, saying IAM doesn't have any direct competitors I think we can agree isn't true, you've basically said this in your post.

Secondly, achieving milestones from sentry rollout alone seems unrealistic considering the revenue IAM would need to generate per sentry adviser.

Plenty of AFSLs/dealergroups already use outsourcing service but as said many times I don't feel anyone has mastered it yet on scale, hopefully IAM can. Still, they make some pretty grand statements and if they don't stand up then of course there is going to be criticism.
