Hundred dollar SOA club is good, used them before. That is for a basic risk only plan though. I can punch out a risk only SOA by myself in an hour.
The MOAT I can see for IAM is being able to produce complex SOAs in a timely fashion at a lower cost.. problem is the technical knowledge to be able to do so (for the outsourced paraplanner) is a lot higher and has proven difficult to do offshore.
