Hi Sector,

I enjoyed your posts and obvious realistic calculation on what valuation this company has.

There are two major things that are out of sync with the story.

- The company started on the trajectory of Machine Learning and AI as that was hot and spoke about LILLY and KLIP a lot in the prospectus. As you would notice that was all about dressing up a service business to portray into a product business. This has sadly unveiled into a service business which can't even get a definitive agreement out. The Lilly and the Klip saga has turned into one-liners in the company's recent announcements.

- The company provides services at a very low price point which means it would need to turn a large volume of orders to even become sustainable.

I think the company started on the wrong foot by investing a lot on infrastructure and software and they had no customer. Such companies are often better run in private entities. The company's current valuation stands at ~58 MIL without performance shares so obviously the company would need to do a lot more to justify its current valuation. I believe the company so far has failed to impress in any order and hasn't been able to take advantage of their network either with their not so unique product offerings.

I would hazard a guess and say that barring a couple of volume days this company is headed to lower than 2 cents.
