It's not that easy. It takes years to learn this stuff like any profession. Basic super and risk advice isn't a problem but when you're including discretionary trusts, investment companies, SMSFs, small business CGT exemptions and a variety of other strategies into the one plan someone without extensive experience won't get it.
If they can prove they can do such plans at said costs, I can get a dealergroup onboard with ease. I just don't think it's realistic, there's a reason some paraplanners in Aus get paid 55k and some more than double that.
