Majority, probably right. All, definitely not. I've tried to outsource before and I've also used junior/intermediate paraplanners where all I get is a blank stare when I ask them to write complex plans as they don't understand the basics of the strategy. Now perhaps that's not relevant and IAM just don't try to go after that part of the market.
Again, there's a reason some paraplanners get paid far more than most.
