I think so, but the more you look into china and its oil usage, China do have various deals on the go atm.petro china-shell.China have surpassed the United States since 2009 as the top importer of Saudi oil! well maybe im doing to much in the research department? but if terry has been talking and now the us is opening key sectors of the economy to private investment for the first time. Maybe a jv from some Chinese petroleum company? petro-china are very active atm? maybe a premium on jv? who know who cares, as long as terry and his fellow workers keep coming up with the goods!
