The section 232 discussion is an interesting and no one is considering a "Trump Wildcard".
Whatever the decision,utilities will have to start buying soon.
To dictate that US utilities must source a certain % from the US may be seen as an anti-competitive measure and have wider trade implications,particularly in the current world trade environment.
The Trump Wildcard is for the US to build a storage facility, a "Uranium Fort Knox" if you will,to store against shortages.It's done for gold and oil.
In all eventualities,it should be positive for the uranium price!
