Yes I think an advert on HC can influence a lot of day traders and they frequent HC in large numbers. I have observed this over 14 years of trading and using HC. And I'm not a day trader but I bought at 1.3 when I saw advert. It only takes 200 people to buy $5k worth to get to $1m turnover and don't forget a lot of the day's turnover would be churn (buy and sell a number of times).

Then once the volume of trading and chatter rachets up on the back of all these "HC" traders others come in as TPT hit their screens as a mover. High volume and low price is what traders love isn't it, along with brat leverage to news.
