    I see in the brochure of the 3GL they show two versions of it, the one where the person is holding the rifle with a 3GL attached is I believe an older version,I believe the one shown at the top of the brochure is now the latest version.

    Some time ago I posted that the earlier version seemed to cramp the firing position of the firer when it was fitted to a rifle (see the bottom photo of the firer on the brochure) by the way I believe the firer is Lee, see how his forearm on the LH arm seems under stress, they must have came to the same conclusion and hence the later version, but they have made the same mistake with the MAUL in my opinion.

    There is no valid reason why the trigger mechanism has to be at the rear of the MAUL, for much the same reasons as it doesn't have to be on the 3GL, the trigger position isn't dictated by the needs of the firing mechanism, it is electrically ignited, therefore the trigger and pistol grip can be placed further forward on both the MAUL and the 3GL which they have already done in the latter, perhaps they will address this in a later version of the MAUL?
    I suppose it is a little late in the day to change it just yet?
