Charter Pacific had some connection to MST in the early days, but I can't recall what it was - they always traded at a higher shareprice, and I think they had a big parcel of MST stock. Moosey may have better details of the history, but I don't believe they have had any connection for a few years.

Meanwhile, I just checked and CHF have a market cap of just $3 million and are trading at about 0.04. The market depth is like 3 buyers for 259,500 units and 5 sellers for 243600 units.

I don't know who they thing they are going to acquire - but on those figures methinks it won't be MST.
