The SP is looking for a flow rate! well:-
IMO. all VIL can offer them for a month or so is what we have as a flow rate now.
It takes the piping infrastructure to the Dep. to establish a flow rate, and right now the gas is more or less closed for analysis.
US laws only allow 6 hrs flare, that wasnt time to mess with the flow rate,
so they just made it " as Announced" 0.5 million cubic feet of gas per day.
this rate will ; IMO be laughed at when this hole is hooked up, and brought on line.!
the main project right now is the potential find at the bottom of the hole!
If it is what they think it is, wow
...we will possibly find out next week!
