The 8.2.2018 quarterly report webcast was a qualitative improvement on communication with owners ( shareholders ).
It was wide ranging, contained new information, and the question and answer section clarified, extended, and elicited new information. It was a productive outcome of co-operation between activist owners and company administration begun with request at the SOA and 249d meetings for a monthly newsletter - the webcast was administrations alternative solution. New owner concerns arising from the webcast, ongoing owner concerns are revitalised, and require attention ; dialogue with the Board, and other action by owners are indicated. Refer to attachment for more detail and comment. I welcome rational, informed, intelligent, thoughtful, courteous responses from people.
