The reputable ethical thing for these three people to do is resign. That would create a clean situation and allow trust and confidence to prevail. The stench from the SOA, information discovered from third party sources instead of directly from CTP, GRR and other matters already detailed in my original post on this thread, drive legitimacy interrogations of these people. Now is the time for direct action by owners.
