The anti board brigade tried to oust the board last year and failed. It is time to bury the hatchet and move on.
I understand that RC is not everyone’s cup of tea, but he has the respect of a lot of people. I don’t know Gasteen so I won’t comment. Paul Moore is a class act and deserves respect from CTP shareholders. He has worked for some large companies, and probably doesn’t need to stay on the board. If he left, it would be to the detriment of our company, IMHO.
If you want change, buy 5% and organise a meeting. If you don’t have the firepower or the ability to do that, please don’t waste our time.
